One record across several processes
The 360° view of a record that has flowed through more than one stream. When a record is continued into another stream with Copy & link, each copy stays connected to the one before it. This page follows that whole chain and shows it as a single record: the stream-by-stream journey, all field values merged together (each tagged with the stream it came from), and one combined activity history spanning every stream.
Opening the full record
- 1
Open any record that is part of a linked chain (one that was copied into another stream, or copied from one).
- 2
In the Details card, click View full record across all streams (only shown when the record is actually linked to others).
- 3
The full record opens, titled by the record's reference number.
Reading the journey
- 1
The Journey section lists every stream the record has passed through, oldest first.
- 2
The first entry is tagged Origin; that's where the record started.
- 3
Each entry shows the stream name, the step the record is currently at in that stream (or Archived/Deleted), and when that leg started. Click any entry to open that individual record.
Reading merged fields
- 1
The Merged fields section combines the field values from every stream in the chain into one list.
- 2
When the same field was set in more than one stream, the most recently updated value is shown.
- 3
Each value carries a small "from <stream>" tag so you can see which stream it came from; every value is sourced, nothing is guessed.
Reading the combined activity
- 1
The Activity across all streams section merges the audit history of every record in the chain into one timeline, newest first.
- 2
Each row shows when it happened, what changed, who did it, and which stream it happened in.
