Frequently asked
- Do unused tokens roll over?
- No. Tokens reset each billing period. Use them or lose them.
- What happens if I run out mid-month?
- On the free plan, things that use tokens (sending email and SMS, scans, quotes, invoices and AI) pause until the monthly reset. Your records and workflows keep working, and nothing is ever billed without asking. Paid plans can buy a top-up block at any time (purchased tokens roll over). Per-unit overage and auto-buy are coming soon.
- Are plugins actually included on every plan?
- Yes. Every plugin (Email, SMS, OCR, Quotes, Invoicing) is on every tier, including Free. The token bucket caps your usage across all of them.
- Is there an annual discount?
- Not yet. Pricing is monthly across the board.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from the billing page. Tokens reset to the new tier's grant on plan change.
- Can you put the price up?
- We can, but never with less than 30 days notice by email, and never for a month you have already paid for. You can cancel before it starts with no exit fee and a refund of anything unused, so you never pay a new price without having had the chance to leave. Cutting your token allowance counts as a price change under the same rule. Clause 5 of the terms sets this out.
