- Do unused tokens roll over?
- No. Tokens reset each billing period. Use them or lose them.
- What happens if I run out mid-month?
- Free plans lock until the reset. Paid plans can buy a top-up block, switch to per-unit overage (billed at month-end), or set auto-block to purchase 1K tokens automatically.
- Are plugins actually included on every plan?
- Yes. Every plugin (Email, SMS, OCR, Quotes, Invoicing) is on every tier, including Free. The token bucket caps your usage across all of them.
- Is there an annual discount?
- Not yet. Pricing is monthly across the board.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from the billing page. Tokens reset to the new tier's grant on plan change.
