The audit log

A complete, tamper-evident log of every significant action taken in your organisation - record changes, step transitions, user logins, permission changes, and anything that failed.

Filtering the audit log

  1. 1

Use the date-range picker to narrow results to a specific period.

  2. 2

Use the action-type dropdown to filter by event type (e.g. step transitions only, or logins only).

  3. 3

Both filters can be used together.

Finding out why something failed

  1. 1

Choose error in the action-type dropdown to list only failures.

  2. 2

Error rows are marked in red and show the reason in plain language on the row itself, so you do not have to expand anything to read it.

  3. 3

Recorded failures are the ones your organisation actually felt: an AI feature that refused a request, an automation email that could not be sent, a delivery an email provider rejected. Ordinary validation messages ("this field is required") are not errors and are not logged.

  4. 4

Expand the row for the technical detail, which is what support will ask for.

  5. 5

When a failure relates to one record, that record is linked, so you can go straight to it.

Viewing before/after changes

  1. 1

Click any row to expand it.

  2. 2

The expanded view shows the old value and new value as formatted JSON.

  3. 3

This lets you see exactly what changed and when.

Exporting the log

  1. 1

    Click the "Export CSV" button.

  2. 2

A CSV file is downloaded with all currently filtered results.

  3. 3

Use this for compliance reporting or external analysis.

  • Why did the AI stop working, and is it logged anywhere?

Inside the app there is an assistant that answers these from your own written process, not just from ours.
